Fire Service

The Rocky Mountain Program has been one of the most rewarding, most provocative, self examining programs in leadership that I have ever attended in my 32 years in the Fire Service. I have attended many classes before that skirted around the same issues but never have I received from a personal level this kind of satisfaction, and the necessary tools to improve myself and my organization. The participants, the setting and the instructors have brought together a synergy that is unlike any other program that I have attended. I highly recommend this program to those inspired to lead, to the leadership of any city or government organization, to the elected officials that wish to enhance their own skills and understand those they set policy for.
