This program has taught me an enormous amount. I only hope I can apply much of what I learned to practical situations. It also allowed me to see the big picture of what government’s role is. Jim “Iggy” Ignatius, County Commissioner, Teller County, Colorado The Rocky Mountain Program delivers interactive leadership training that is usable, tangible, and pertinent to the diverse challenges leaders face. The breadth of topics and the depth of instructor knowledge is top tier. No leader should deprive themselves of the Rocky Mountain Program Experience. Andrew Moore, Mayor, Town of Erie, Colorado |

The Rocky Mountain Program has been one of the most rewarding, most provocative, self examining programs in leadership that I have ever attended in my 32 years in the Fire Service. I have attended many classes before that skirted around the same issues but never have I received from a personal level this kind of satisfaction, and the necessary tools to improve myself and my organization. The participants, the setting and the instructors have brought together a synergy that is unlike any other program that I have attended. I highly recommend this program to those inspired to lead, to the leadership of any city or government organization, to the elected officials that wish to enhance their own skills and understand those they set policy for. I am so impressed by the quality and value of the Rocky Mountain Program that my entire management staff and all elected officials will be attending. This training will allow us all to work together more efficiently and with greater purpose and ability.” Greg Winkler, County Administrator, Winter 1996 Graduate
The program offered me the opportunity to self-reflect. I was able to develop great friendships from the interaction with others. We all have the ability to fly, but this program unlocked our potential to soar! This program was very much with the time and commitment that we all made. I will highly recommend participation in this program to various colleagues in my field. Bruce Eisenhauer, City Manager, Winter 2004 Graduate
I loved the diversity of department and elected officials represented. It was a great way to get interesting and differing points of view to broaden the learning experience! Thanks!
Kirk Haines, Parks Manager, Winter 2004 Graduate The program exceeded my expectations in all areas. This was an incredible opportunity for me to learn, interact and form professional and personal relationships to help me grow in my current profession. I have attended many different courses and seminars throughout my career. The Rocky Mountain Program was vastly superior to any other government training program I have attended. Dana Hansen, Police Department, Winter 2001 Graduate
I found the training I received at the Rocky Mountain Program to be some of the most valuable I have received in my public service career. The Rocky Mountain Program immersed participants in the many aspects of leadership as found in the public sector. In this regard, I consider the program to be without peer. Todd Wuestewald, Chief of Police, Summer 2004 Graduate
The Rocky Mountain Program was, quite simply, the most profound educational experience of my career. My undergraduate degree gave me methodologies, theory and broadened my perspective. My master’s degree taught me to apply the various theories and techniques I’d learned from my education and work experience. The Rocky Mountain Program gave me an opportunity to look inside myself to gain a better understanding of how I operate and make decisions. For me, it was the last component I was missing to help me achieve my potential as a public administrator. Aden Hogan, Town Administrator, Summer 2000 Graduate
The Rocky Mountain Program is one of the finest training programs I have ever attended. In my capacity as a City Manager, I found the materials and presentations to be extremely relevant and useful. Mark Collins, City Manager, Winter 2005 Graduate |

Todd Wuestewald, Chief of Police, Summer 2004 Graduate After spending over 22 years in law enforcement I can easily say that this is the most worthwhile and beneficial training that I have received. As a commander in a large metropolitan police agency I have found that the challenges of management and leadership are continually changing and placing ever-increasing demands on organizations. Attending the Rocky Mountain Program has definitely enabled me to step up to the challenges facing law enforcement today. Jeff Streeter, Commander, Winter 2008 Graduate I have been in law enforcement for almost eighteen years and during tha time I have attended numerous leadership classes and seminars but non that have taught me about myself more than the Rocky Mountain Program.
